A rather diffuse globular cluster, nothing like the normal "ball of stars" - this is a first for me, I've never seen this object before. Taken on the 1st June 2009 with the 300D on my new ED100. Guided with a DMK21 through an ED80 with Focal Reducer. 34 x 240 second subs, using Darks, Flat and Bias frames. Stacked in DSS and processed in PS CS2.

Would have had a lot more data if the guide software hadn't had a fight with the ascom drivers!
